I received a really good and comprehensive overview of portfolio management and was able to take away many ideas for our company. However, the classic MoP is less about agile working methods. Hello all, after finishing the training I would like to give my feedback about it and about our trainer Michael Heyn. The training content is very dry in itself, but Michael managed to make it (probably all participants) nevertheless a lot of fun. He always understood how to illustrate topics or entire blocks of topics well and also always had good examples ready off the cuff. This allowed me to successfully refresh my ITIL Foundation v2 knowledge in a very relaxed and pleasant environment. I also liked the training center extremely well: super friendly, courteous staff, good food, lots of "toys" throughout the building to simply give the participants a good time. An absolute recommendation - both trainer and training center. Thank you very much for the great three days! Best regards Cristof Target

Hello Michael, I found the training very well structured and you explained the content (despite the mass) understandable and also repeated so often that one could remember many key terms directly. One must differentiate in my assessment Performance of Serview and Michael H: Michael H. prepared us very well for the MoP© exam and was able to answer individual questions of the participants at any time, also with examples close to reality. Only this performance I evaluate here with the 5 stars. Criticism general training structure: It is a pity that there is little or no time to work out and reflect on individual topics, e.g. in group work, or to deepen the material. Unfortunately, the material relevant to the exam is too tight to take time for this in the 2.5 days. There is a danger that the material is only stored in the short-term memory in order to pass the exam and no value is placed on sustainability and application of what has been learned. In my view, this is a general system problem. Conclusion: I don't just want to have a certificate in my pocket, I want to take something with me in the long term. Axelos should urgently improve this.

The training was good as always and the workbook concept still works for me. Maybe a few more ideas. -) Flipcharts have colors that should also be in the workbooks; this would make it much easier to read. -) Structure/flow: Putting the Guiding Principals in the last section is very sporty, as it is easy for delays to occur; additionally, they are rather 'dry'. At the end of the second day and with the exam in focus, it is hard to gather properly here again. From my point of view it would make sense to go through this topic directly on the first day after the SVS (here the context is also still there). On the second day would then be the practices, these are usually a little 'easier' or more catchy.

I enjoyed the training very much. Despite the very theory-based and elementary background of the ITIL Foundation course, Michael was able to structure the training in such a way that my concentration was not lost. Furthermore, Michael conveyed the content in a very understandable way using use cases. Also, Michael made sure that everyone in the course did not get lost and answered every question more than satisfactorily. The provision of the venue and services were very good. I really appreciate Michael's teaching style and regret that this course only had a 3 day time slot. Since there was relatively a lot of content in a short period of time, there is a risk that what is learned will only stick in the short term. Overall, I am very satisfied and would be happy if my next training is again accompanied by Serview GmbH.

Training was good. The trainer tried to make the training active especially with the write down option rather than just listening to a PowerPoint presentation. I took the exam in English. It was good, if the materials were provided in English for those who opt to write the exam in English.

Mr. Heyn succeeded in conveying a very theoretical and dry topic in such a way that one does not fall asleep during it. It was a good idea to do without slides and to convey the content via flipchart. Having to take notes certainly promotes concentration and helps to deepen the knowledge. He responded to all questions and always answered them with comprehensible and practical examples. I think it is thanks to him and this approach that I passed the exam. Many thanks to Mr. Heyn.
