ITIL is usually extremely dry or not exactly an exciting read. But Radu turned it into an experience. The 3 days were very instructive and, above all, never boring. After my ITIL V4 CDS training with Radu, I was hoping that he would lead the training again this time - and my expectations were fully met. As usual, the topics were conveyed very well. His lively and relaxed manner managed to keep me consistently focused on the topic despite the large amount of learning material. The excursions into psychology were particularly helpful and relaxed. Questions were always addressed and answered in a targeted manner. I would book the exam in this setup again at any time. As in previous training courses, several participants requested a workbook in color - this is of course not Radu's responsibility.

Booking: no problems, website is well structured, contact with sales is pleasant (not too much, not too little) Arrival: went smoothly, even late on a Sunday evening. Key handover with security service was unproblematic and secure (ID check) Accommodation: room is quite simple but completely adequate and clean (an additional socket at the desk for laptop use would be practical) Catering: very good range of snacks and drinks. Main meals very good for the setting, tasty and filling Seminar: The study group was great and had a great dynamic. This was also due to Radu's manner. Feedback was always welcome and questions were answered. That makes learning fun! The only real point of criticism is the documentation: The digital slides are colorful, sometimes too colorful for me personally, especially since the meaning of the colors is not always obvious. The printed materials are in grayscale. This often slows you down and confuses you. In addition, the illustrations sometimes appear overloaded and there are differences between digital and analog. This is probably due to the different format, but is less helpful in terms of readability. If improvements could be made here, it would be a dream come true. The texts are easy to read and the wording and formatting are good. Many thanks for the "end-to-end" experience!

Training in the Presänz depends on the trainer. Here; everything was wonderful. The trainer knew how to tickle the participants and encourage them to join in. Be it through his active gestures or by slipping into different roles at the front of the board. It was truly eye-catching and never boring. The training was in hybrid mode, i.e. some of the participants were on site and some online, which also worked wonderfully and without any technical difficulties. This meant that the online participants were always part of the plenum. The use of the digital whiteboard was absolutely convincing, as were the training materials provided. In my opinion, the workbook concept was a complete success. I have an absolutely confident feeling about successfully passing the training exam and am already looking forward to the date.

In two days we were taught all the basics of ITIL 4 in an understandable way. The atmosphere in the course was very pleasant. Suggestion for improvement: Print manual in color. The trainer's flipchart contains colored diagrams -> shapes had to be colored by hand. Furthermore, the diagrams themselves are rather unclear. Without intensive explanations by the trainer, they would be almost unusable.

One week for all MPT modules and that still as a transition from ITIL 3 to ITIL 4 is an exhausting thing to get the whole topic across in an understandable and sustainable way in 5 days. Radu structured this very well and made it informative - boredom did not arise and an open interactivity animated the round every day. For the important topics, Radu searched for and found exactly fitting examples from current economic influences. Thus many topics became more descriptive than assumed in the theory and an "Aha" effect set in fast. Also the way of the training and the execution by Radu were well organized and "loosely" formulated, so that it was also always "entertaining". The extension of ITIL 4 with other methods and approaches such as DevOps or SCRUM formed a good link to the basic principles and practices and Radu was able to show the links and added values very well. The exchange with other participants from completely different IT environments brought new insights as well as interesting discussions. The hotel in Stuttgart was top organized, especially the service around the event as well as the food were on a very high level.

Serview GmbH as the organizer is a really suitable environment for this course. The location is easy to reach, catering is constantly provided. So you can devote yourself fully to the subject. The trainer was enthusiastic, very eager and open-minded. An appropriate sense of humor and regular attention to the participants always brought momentum to the "gray" set of slides. Whether on-site or remote - I think everyone was able to learn quite a bit (also from each other) over the three days. The content of the seminar was tightly timed, but made sense all around. Afterwards and in between, there were always randomly devised questions for us participants to establish a little deeper understanding, and thus also be prepared for the associated exam. Full success! The only comment: It would be great if the handout of the DevOps Leadership Seminar would be structured exactly like the workbook of the DevOps Fundamentals training in the future. But at least our trainer managed to keep us happy anyway :-) The PDF (workbook) is a bit bulky to handle, for your own notes - maybe this is due to the document size, because the smaller document (handout) was smarter to fill. In general, I would personally prefer a print-out - which is probably not quite state-of-the-art nowadays ;-)
