There was a lot of material, but it was good for the two days. If you actively participated, you were always well involved and could follow everything without major problems. It's good that a sample exam is also provided for practicing. There could have been 2 or 3 in total so that you could practise and answer different questions.

Training itself was very good. To the point and appropriate flow for online student. Improvement in the materials provided: All materials wrapped separately in plastic. Four different plastic covers. Not very sustainable. And the online version cannot be labeled with tablet. If this is not technically possible, then please indicate in advance that it is not suitable for tablet use.

The on-site seminar was great, both in terms of content and the trainer himself. A very good overview of Scrum was conveyed and the details of the product owner were then deepened. However, it was never "dry", but was always practical and helpful. The documents provided were very helpful both in the seminar and in preparing for the exam, so that (with appropriate learning and preparation) passing the exam was no problem. Many thanks again

The training was very well structured and designed in a pleasant learning atmosphere. It was especially positive that the Scrum course was structured as Scrum development. This way, you could directly experience what it means to apply Scrum and it was easier to remember the content. The training prepared optimally for the exams, but also for the practice as Scrum Master or Product Owner. Many practical examples were included and the trainer brought a lot of experience to answer practical questions with concrete case studies. The trainer was also very well prepared and conveyed the content in a lively manner without being hectic, so that there was enough time to clarify open questions. The workbook principle contributes to the fact that one can remember the core contents well and permanently. The workbooks are also very suitable as reference books afterwards. The exam preparation sheets contain original Scrum.org exam questions and are very helpful to pass the exam. Overall, both in terms of content and method, a very successful course!

Even though I am not a fan of frontal teaching, Serview has developed a good variant with this format for certification preparation. Working through countless flip chart pages together is a challenge not only for the lecturer, but it enabled me to retain what I had learned much better. Nevertheless, there were numerous follow-up questions on practical topics in our course. Nevertheless, we still had some time for one or the other (estimation) exercise, so that it was an all-around successful event. Thanks to Tino, who contributed significantly to our learning success with a lot of calmness and professional competence (also to the ladies, who provided the perfect framework with snacks etc.).

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen, The training on the three days was good. The material was taught well and at a good pace. The instructor was responsive to questions and was able to answer them. The atmosphere was also good, as was the support. The documentation was very well prepared and supported the teaching of the course content very well. However, the questionnaires should be checked again, as there were sometimes "round" boxes where there should have been square ones. I myself did not pass the exams for Scrum Master and Product Owner. Online exam, multiple choice questions, in English 81.3% for the Scrum Master, 85% were required. 82.5% for the Product Owner, 85% was required. I followed the lecturer's advice and went through the online questions until I was at 100% and went through the questionnaires four times each. I am also very sure that I understood the knowledge that was taught correctly and can also apply it. But since my English is not the best, I probably could not translate everything perfectly and therefore made some mistakes. From this I learn for myself that Scrum exams based on "scrum.org" (in English) are no longer an option for me. And that next time I will look for other training providers who conduct the exams themselves and do so in German (e.g. TÜV Süd). Nevertheless, I can recommend Serview as a training provider. Friendly, well-trained staff in a good and productive environment. I will continue to use Serview if the exams are in German and are ideally part of the seminar and do not have to be done online alone.
