Hello, I found the seminar quite exhausting because you are no longer used to cramming 8 hours a day. But the trainer has created a really good atmosphere and the hotel has contributed the rest (good food in the breaks) that it was a successful seminar. I felt very well prepared and this has the result of the exam (90% achieved) also reflected. Thus really super! It was fun! Best regardsWell conducted training 15.10.2013

The seminar was well prepared and the implementation was professional. The trainer has profound knowledge and practical experience in the implementation of ITIL projects. No question was left unanswered. The documents and materials were up to date. I found the use of the flipchart in combination with the workbook very successful. Our ITIL expert had in-depth knowledge of the topic and was able to answer questions in a well-founded manner at all times. The workbook for the course allowed an economical recapitulation of the topic in the evening and is also suitable as a reference book after the course. I liked the seminar very much, which was not only due to the person of the trainer, but also to his profound ITIL knowledge, the documents, the premises and the ambience, which Serview provided. The fact that the lecture did not consist of PowerPoint slides and was therefore worked out during the day, suited my learning style very well. The course has awakened my interest in more ITIL and that is a positive feeling for me. Of course, I did not become a specialist after a foundation course, but I can assign the terms, tasks and processes much better.
