Wolfgang guided us through the training in a way that I have never experienced before. We had very practice-oriented discussions before we got into the theoretical content. Wolfgang was always thinking outside the box and was not afraid to engage with our different ways of thinking. It was very refreshing and I was able to take something away with me for my day-to-day work, with concrete ideas for implementation. Even as a hybrid participant, I was always picked up and never had the feeling that I absolutely had to be there. The level of complexity was not always easy, but it was still easy to grasp. In the end, Wolfgang also prepared us directly for the exam-relevant content. I personally really enjoyed this interaction!

The offline concept with flipchart and book sounds initially very old-fashioned but was much better to internalize the content, because all inputs (reading, listening, writing) used to convey the content. Mr. K. conveyed the content well with his competent and professional demeanor and created a relaxed and focused environment.

Somewhat unfortunately, there was a change of trainer during the training. Our first trainer was very good at showing the big picture, that helped me a lot, the philosophy came across so perfectly, also the link to other frameworks and standards was extremely helpful to understand the big picture. I would have liked it by the end of the week as well, it was very challenging to follow, but just very helpful. Our second trainer had a completely different philosophy. I liked his style very much, but he was very focused on the exam material and the concrete content. There were also examples and references, but not as intensive as in the first two days. But very committed, also in the involvement of the online participants. All in all, 39 out of 40 points shows that the training was very successful and I was able to take away a lot.

For me, the virtual classroom was a great solution due to the current situation! A positive side effect - I didn't have to leave home and therefore didn't have the stress of having to put my son up somewhere. Because my trainer and I were alone, we were able to organize the whole training very flexibly. My trainer also did this in coordination with me. He responded to my questions and answered them competently and in detail. We went through the practice test together. He explained the questions I answered incorrectly again based on the correct answer. He also gave me helpful tips for the exam! All in all, an absolutely recommendable training!

Good communication of the topics, no unnecessarily long discussions, moderate closing times, so that there was still room for learning in addition to the training part. Although I went into the seminar with an open mind and had no expectations, I was very pleasantly surprised. The topic is quite dry in places, but Mr. Krüger explained it very clearly with comprehensible examples. In this way, the 3 days flew by and were at no time tough, as is sometimes the case. The very good briefing and preparation for the exam, the time for questions despite the tight schedule in the seminar are other positive points. What Mr. Krüger had no influence on are the sometimes quite sharp differences in the test questions and exam questions. Here I would wish that one gets a better feeling for the test questions, how the questions in the exam actually look like. The test questions and the mock exam were relatively easy, because they were clearly on topic. From my point of view, the exam questions were asked around the corner and therefore difficult to grasp, although the material was very well understood.

Mr. Krüger is a pleasant trainer who motivates and teaches the material at the right pace. Repetition of the material facilitates memorization. However, I was missing the practical relevance or practical examples that would have made the material even more vivid. In addition, we lost too much time for the introduction / presentation.

I very much enjoyed this seminar, as I have enjoyed all the seminars held at Serview so far. Mr. Krüger is competent and absolutely knowledgeable. He is able to convey the facts very well. Overall, I am very convinced of the Serview concept. This is also the reason why I am a "repeat offender".

I was very positively surprised about the for me new methodology to hold a seminar without PowerPoint slides, but it has been shown that this has some positive side effects! The knowledge and the way Mr. Krüger has brought us the topic was very refreshing and although the topic itself is dry as dust, at no time uninteresting or soporific! In this respect, a great praise from my side. I have no criticism of the content of the seminar.
