For this you get up every morning
- Strategic consulting: Supporting our customers in developing IT strategies and roadmaps that optimally support their business goals.
- Tool selection and integration: Advice on the selection and introduction of ITSM tools, including requirements management, tool integration and automation.
- Process design: Analysis, conception and optimization of IT service processes according to ITIL® standards and other best practices.
- Change management: Supporting change processes to ensure that new ITSM solutions are successfully implemented and accepted.
- Customer support: Working closely with our customers to understand their requirements and develop optimal solutions.
- Training and coaching: Conducting training courses and workshops on IT service management topics to expand our customers' knowledge and skills.
- Knowledge exchange: You will also constantly broaden your own horizons and actively exchange knowledge with your colleagues.

- Professional experience: Sound practical experience in ITSM consulting or a comparable role, with extensive knowledge in the analysis, optimization and implementation of IT service processes as well as the management of complex projects.
- Specialized knowledge: Extensive know-how in ITIL®, supplemented by knowledge of other frameworks such as Scrum, PRINCE2®, DevOps, etc.; certifications are an advantage.
- Customer orientation: Ability to communicate with customers at eye level, recognize needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Analytical thinking: Strong ability to recognize complex relationships and develop innovative, pragmatic solutions.
- Moderation and presentation skills: Experience in conducting workshops, trainings and presentations to various audiences - from operational teams to C-level management.
- Language skills and willingness to travel: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as willingness to travel and flexibility for project assignments - because you advise international teams and organizations throughout Germany.
