- Engaging training courses: Inspire your participants with training courses in face-to-face, live online or hybrid format. Your creative ideas are needed to further develop our training portfolio.
- Practical knowledge transfer: impart new knowledge to your training participants in a fun and methodical way, give them practical tips and light their fire for topics that are close to your heart.
- Customer orientation: Analyze the needs of our customers, identify potential for improvement and boldly implement the best solutions.
- Process optimization: Develop and optimize business processes and coach teams and individual employees. You will continuously expand your knowledge and promote an active exchange with your colleagues

- Communication talent: You enjoy standing in front of other people and inspire with your ability to convey complex relationships in an understandable way. Even if you are still at the beginning of your career as a trainer or consultant, you are very welcome to join us.
- Drive: You bring passion and fun, speak your mind openly and have the drive to change things. You enjoy tackling new tasks and challenges.
- Language skills and willingness to travel: Very good knowledge of German and English and willingness to travel, as you will be training and advising international teams throughout Germany.
- Expertise: Ideally, you already have some Scrum, ITIL® or other certificates that deal with business processes or project management. But certifications are not a must - if you fit in with us, we will personally make you fit for the job!
