Become a Sales Manager (m/f/d) at SERVIEW and help us achieve our mission across borders!

Do you want to do more than just sell training courses? Do you want to bring about lasting change in companies and make them stronger? With us, you will position SERVIEW as a strategic training partner and develop customized training concepts for companies in the Munich region, Switzerland, and Austria. Your goal is to secure long-term contracts with these companies and establish SERVIEW as their preferred training provider for IT best practices such as ITIL, PRINCE2, IREB, and others.

  • You develop long-term customer relationships—solution-oriented, consultative, and strategic.
  • You analyze needs, identify potential, and use this information to design compelling training solutions.
  • You work closely with Consulting, Delivery, and Marketing to delight your customers.
  • They take a holistic approach to sales—from initial contact to contract conclusion to successful implementation.

Definitely NOT your job
  • You are not a classic salesperson who only "looks after" existing customers.
  • You don't wait for calls or opportunities - you create them yourself.
  • They do not chase short-term individual contracts, but build sustainable partnerships.

  • You are passionate about sales, hungry for success and want to grow.
  • You work in a structured manner, independently, and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • You have sales experience in the B2B environment, ideally in the field of (IT) services and (IT) training. 
  • You are interested in IT best practices, certifications and further training.
  • You speak German and English fluently.
  • You are where the customers need you - and that is exactly what makes you successful. 
  • You are familiar with the market in Austria and/or Switzerland and understand country-specific requirements.

Your new favorite workplace

Ideally in southern Germany—close to your markets, easily accessible for our customers, and yet well connected to our headquarters in Bad Homburg. Of course, you will work in a hybrid model, with plenty of room for personal responsibility, team spirit, and focus.
However, personal interaction is particularly important to us at the start: your induction will take place at our headquarters in Bad Homburg, where you will get to know our culture, working methods, and your team in depth. You will therefore be on site regularly during the first few weeks – after that, you can organize your working day flexibly.
