For this you get up every morning

  • Consulting on the design, implementation, and optimization of ITSM and ESM processes in accordance with ITIL® and other best practices, as well as the implementation of ITSM and ESM projects
  • Tool consulting and integration: Support with the selection, introduction, and optimization of service management platforms
  • Designing service-oriented structures in IT and other departments (e.g., HR, finance, facility management)
  • Knowledge transfer: Conducting training sessions, workshops, and coaching sessions
  • Strategic support for transformation processes
  • Close cooperation with stakeholders at all levels
  • Active knowledge exchange with colleagues and continuous development

  • We don't want pure tool specialists who only master technology but have no understanding of processes, people, and change.
  • We are not looking for candidates who only know theory but have little practical experience with real projects.
  • We are not interested in applicants who only focus on guidelines and certificates—we prefer people who act with passion, attitude, and customer focus.

We look forward to seeing you

  • Solid professional experience in consulting in the field of IT service management and/or enterprise service
  • Knowledge of ITIL® (ideally certified) and ideally other frameworks such as Scrum, DevOps, PRINCE2®, etc.
  • Ability to quickly identify customer needs and develop tailor-made solutions
  • Confident manner and strong communication skills at all levels
  • Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, or presentations
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Willingness to travel within Germany
