SERVIEW One Cancellation Policy
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial activities nor to their self-employed professional activities.
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SERVIEW GmbH, Gartenstrasse 23, 61352 Bad Homburg, Phone: +4961721774460, email: info@serview.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by mail or an email) regarding your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, although its use is not required.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of your intention to exercise your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of the Revocation
If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive standard shipping option we offer), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees in connection with this refund.
If you have requested that the service begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you notify us of your exercise of the right of cancellation with respect to this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
