ITIL® Version 5 Foundation Training

Excellent ITIL® Version 5 Foundation training at SERVIEW! The training was clearly structured, practical, and very well organized. I’d especially like to highlight Kim Messingen—she presented the material in a way that was easy to understand, motivating, and full of real-world examples. It was clear that she truly mastered the subject and enjoyed sharing her knowledge. The workbook and materials were well-organized and provided excellent support for learning. The atmosphere was pleasant, and we were able to ask questions at any time. Overall, this is a highly recommended training course. Anyone looking to take the ITIL Version 5 Foundation course is in excellent hands at SERVVIEW—and especially with Kim Messingen.

Thank you—it was presented well and energetically. Just make sure to be consistent with the materials (use "operate" instead of "operation," etc.) and please use the same version online as the materials we received (slide 101)... The rest was great! Thanks again.

ITIL 5 Foundation

Thank you so much for the refreshing two-day training session. Despite the “dry subject matter,” there was maximum knowledge transfer in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. I would highly recommend Alex anytime. He conveys the material effortlessly using relatable examples from everyday life and is extremely responsive to the participants, while still keeping a close eye on the time and maintaining a professional approach.

The coach is awesome

In my 15 years in IT, I’ve taken quite a few training courses (various technical courses, ITIL, Prince2, ISTQB, etc.), but this one was by far the best! Radu is a natural entertainer. Despite the heat, the two days were a lot of fun, got us thinking, and in the end, everyone passed the exam with flying colors. It doesn’t get any better than this! A huge thank you to Radu (and his quick wit)! Keep up the great work!

Two days of intensive training can be exhausting. But I really liked the way Arne structured, organized, facilitated, and led the training. He was personable, down-to-earth, and shared funny anecdotes, while also explaining the course material clearly and comprehensively. I’d love to give it 6 stars!

I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Wollenhaupt for the excellent ITIL training. The material was presented in a very clear and structured manner. He explained even complex topics in a way that was easy to follow and always took the time to answer questions in detail. This allowed me to follow and understand all the material very well. Particularly noteworthy are his professional expertise, his engaging teaching style, and his dedication throughout the entire training. Thanks to his support, I felt thoroughly prepared for the exam. This made the exam significantly easier for me, and I was able to pass it successfully without any major difficulties. All in all, a highly recommended training course with an outstanding instructor! Good training

The ITIL V5 Foundation training was very interesting and well-structured, but there was a lot of material to cover in just two days. I found the workbook very helpful for reviewing the content. What I didn’t like was that the exam and exam preparation materials aren’t available in German yet, so we received the English version instead of having the option to receive the German materials later.

An interesting training session with good discussion

I especially liked the trainer’s sense of humor and the fact that both the teaching style and the course materials were interactive. Arne made a topic that can sometimes be quite abstract and dry incredibly interesting, humorous, and full of practical examples. I would definitely take another training course with him!

I really enjoyed the course. Even though the subject matter is rather dry, Kim structured the course very well and presented the material to us in a very knowledgeable way. She was able to answer questions very well and didn’t lose her train of thought even when we asked follow-up questions; she was then able to continue with the course. I’d be happy to take it again.

Surprisingly good!

Although the ITIL training was booked for us participants as a mandatory event without any context, and we all went into it with rather modest expectations and in a less-than-enthusiastic mood, Kim’s friendly manner managed to engage everyone and encourage our active participation. She gave us plenty of breaks and room for discussion, allowing us to share our personal experiences and gain insight into what works well for us and what doesn’t. Thanks to Kim, the training left a positive impression despite the admittedly dry subject matter, and I feel motivated to apply what I’ve learned to my work.
