Structured and practical SAFe training with a competent trainer

The Leading SAFe 6.0 classroom training course was very structured and clearly organized. The trainer was extremely knowledgeable, motivated, and conveyed the content in a way that was easy to understand and practical. The numerous practical examples were particularly positive, as they helped to illustrate the content and improve understanding. I would recommend the training course at any time.

The conditions for in-person training at Serview in Bad Homburg were excellent. Accommodation, meals, and leisure activities (e.g., bar, entertainment options) were great. The seminar rooms, including the technology, were very appealing and functional. All Serview employees were courteous and helpful. The trainers were competent and always able to provide well-founded information, even on challenging topics. Good time management. Good training materials. Training recommended.

Two days of Leading SAVe 6.0 training with Andrea Kremer provided a good overview of SAFE. Andrea managed very well to convey the essentials from the many slides, so that it was not a slide battle but a good training with some examples and room for questions and discussion.

The training took place online on Thurs and Fri with a total of only three participants. The trainer (Andrea Kremer) is very experienced and competent, not only in theory but also with practical experience. This meant that all questions - and we had plenty of time for this due to the small number of participants - could be discussed and answered or at least passed on to someone else. We would be happy to do it again...

I really enjoyed the last two days following Andrea at the Leading SAFe Training. I wish there were many more trainers like her who manage to get a dry material across easily. Good preparation for certification

The trainer gives a good insight and overview of the topic SAFe 6.0 in the training. The understanding gained therein can be well experienced practically in the exercise and easily consolidated. Of course, the cumulative knowledge cannot be completely conveyed and learned within 2 days in such a way that it is sufficient for certification without further intervention. However, the trainer prepares this well and participants well on the important points, including how the topics can be learned after the actual training by studying the documents in detail and for certification successfully. All in all, a good training and a motivating and competent trainer, which I can recommend as a set.

The training was very well delivered, pointing out the important things as well as context. Our trainer was also very flexible with our specific situation: we were able to clarify specific questions and map definitions to SAFe. Very good job from the trainer! The only downside was the distribution of the documents via Sharepoint with MS-account did not work at the beginning. But then we solved it. So trainer 5 stars, process of the documents 4 stars.

The course was well organized. Moritz guided us competently through the topics with his pleasant manner. I found the anecdotes from practice particularly helpful. The pace was appropriate. The documents convey even more depth and are easy to read. Overall, the course taught me exactly the expected topics. What I missed was the general exchange with the other course participants. Perhaps the conference call could be opened 10-15 minutes earlier in the morning, for example, so that people can say good morning to each other and ask about the weather... In retrospect, I would have liked that the effort outside the 2-day course (practically 2 exams within 30 days, a lot of material to read in preparation for it) is more clearly highlighted in the description before purchase.

The necessary topics were conveyed in a lively manner in a relaxed atmosphere. The numerous discussions and objections of the participants were encouraged, well put into context, well moderated and strongly enriched the training from practice. The trainer was well versed in the training content, but in some of the topics it was perceptible that practice was not available for this. (Which is probably not to be expected given the SAFe scope and the framework of the initial training).

The training contains very, very much material for 2 days. This does not make it easy for participants and trainers. Tamara has succeeded in the balancing act between teaching the material, answering the questions of the group and keeping the fun level high. Tamara was absolutely spontaneous and flexible in responding to my requests, as I am 54 years old and have 20 years of experience in large, scaling and agile IT environments. We were able to touch on many topics only briefly and were able to discuss, question and sort out topics that interested me more in much more depth. Enjoyed it very much, I was surprised that such a "young thing" is so reflective and confident and could back that up with competencies.
