Very good training with a nice & competent trainer

The online training with Andrea was a lot of fun and very informative. The theory of the two training days was rounded off with group work. The results of these were discussed and improved where necessary. The training documents and slides are very clear and can be used perfectly as a reference book afterwards. Many thanks again for the two super training days!

Super training in presence

Our professionally heterogeneous group consisted of experienced colleagues who were somewhat underchallenged on the first day. It cannot be ruled out that the participants did not understand the offer to set up the training in a relaxed manner due to the high pace of their everyday lives. Together with the trainer, we agreed on the second day to have each participant in the small group present a use case. The joint work, the disclosure of pain points and the excellent coaching by the trainer created an exceptional learning atmosphere. We are currently setting up a cross-divisional follow-up format because we want to maintain the added value of the training on an ongoing basis. All in all, the on-site meeting was ideal as a package of joint breaks, brainstorming and silly phases in between!

Hello Andrea, Many thanks for the very motivating training and the good documents. I found the break-out sessions very invigorating and therefore a bit of a shame that the "flip charts" were not worked out together (e.g. with the person sitting next to you) but were often filled out by you on the board. Nevertheless, a super cool product/training. You really have a super deep knowledge - respect! Thank you very much Burkhard

I am very happy with the training, the trainer and Serview overall. The group size was just right, you couldn't have hit it better. Small excursions to the left and right moved the topic into a larger playing field and thus brought even more benefit for me. Thank you very much, I can only recommend it.

ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Training (online). At first, I thought the instructor was a bit over the top in terms of energy level. Over the course of the three training days, however, this turned out to be just right because it helped us get through some of the more tedious material. The training and the materials were well-structured and easy to understand. The materials prepare you well for the exam. The process of registering for the exam through Pearson VUE was also clearly explained to us, so that after completing the training, you can confidently proceed with registration and exam preparation. I would book a training course here again anytime.

I completed the preparatory course at Serview the week before last and was very satisfied overall. The instructors were very laid-back and created a pleasant learning atmosphere. The material was presented clearly, and there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I participated remotely, and everything worked flawlessly from a technical standpoint—both the video quality and the audio were consistently very good. At the same time, I can easily imagine that attending in person (e.g., if you’re near Frankfurt) would also be worthwhile. I particularly appreciated the varied structure of the classes, which included many group exercises. The provided materials were comprehensive and supportive of the learning process. Overall, this is a highly recommended course that prepares you well for the exam.

Combining the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles into a single course was a smart decision. Both perspectives complement each other—those who understand both roles work together much more effectively in practice. The training materials are well-structured, clear, and directly tailored to the exam requirements. The practice exams helped me recognize typical patterns of thinking in the exam: “What does the Scrum Guide say—not what do I do in practice?” This shift in mindset is the real learning outcome. I’d especially like to highlight Nancy as the facilitator: She explained complex concepts precisely and with real-world relevance, answered questions competently at all times, and created an atmosphere where participants felt comfortable asking for clarification. Her style is direct, engaging, and technically on point—exactly what you need in an exam preparation course. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a direct path to PSM I and PSPO I.

Very structured training! Good mix of content, breaks, and interaction. Content was repeated regularly so that it sticks in your memory. No question was left unanswered. Highly recommended!
