Methodology
SERVIEW Virtual Classroom Training sessions are a new and engaging way to learn. All you need is a workspace with a stable internet connection, a headset, and a webcam to participate in this live training session. With our Education Package, you’ll receive the relevant reading materials, the SERVIEW Workbook, and all necessary training materials in advance.
In the " Virtual Classroom ," you’ll work together with an experienced SERVIEW trainer to develop all OKR training content through dynamic dialogue. This also incorporates the innovative SERVIEW Workbook Principle ® in action. Log in, ask questions, and discuss topics live with the other training participants and the instructor, just as if you were all together in a seminar room. Thanks to our interactive learning platform and the educational packages sent to you in advance, you’ll have access to all the same features as in-person training.

Learning Objective
In this 2-day OKR Professional Training course, you’ll learn how to effectively use Objectives & Key Results for agile leadership. You’ll delve deeply into the methodology and learn how to motivate employees using the OKR method. In addition, through hands-on exercises, you’ll learn the difference between qualitative goals (Objectives) and quantitative, measurable Key Results—and how to apply both in your day-to-day leadership practice.
