Methodology
SERVIEW Virtual Classroom training courses are a new and attractive learning option. All you need is a workstation with a stable internet connection, a headset and a webcam to take part in this live training course. Learning Goal
In this 2-day OKR Professional Training, you will learn how to correctly use Objectives & Key Results for agile leadership. You will deal intensively with the method and learn how to motivate employees through the OKR method. In addition, you will learn through practical exercises the difference between qualitative goals (Objectives) and quantitative, measurable key results (Key Results) and what you can use both for in your everyday leadership.
