Knowledge presented in an entertaining way

Thank you for five educational and entertaining days. Perfect balance between knowledge transfer , humor, exam preparation and breaks. The training rooms and catering are also impeccable. The training was very enjoyable but definitely involving and challenging. Thanks again to Radu!

Informative training with partly usual good material

Hello! I am very satisfied with the DevOps Compact training overall. Especially the fundamentals part was equipped with the usual excellent material in the form of the Serview workbook and the broad experience of the trainer enriched the theoretical part with some practical examples. Unfortunately, at the time of the training, only the accompanying material from PeopleCert.Org was available for the leadership part, which I personally consider an imposition. In addition to the shortcomings of the presentation (slides and handout), the preparation of the information is not comparable to the material in the Fundamentals workbook. Hopefully the Serview workbook will be released soon for the Leadership course. I would have two more suggestions from my history in "both camps" Dev & Ops: - Set up the Compact course as a standalone course and "lighten" the Leadership part by the repetitions from Fundamentals. Maybe this will allow for an on-site exam again - A continuous example, e.g. for the further development of an existing IT service or a fancy iPhone app, could provide an additional thread in my opinion. A very competent, emphatic trainer and an exciting topic. 5 fruitful days, at the end of which you start to burn for the topic at the latest as a participant. The training content is well structured and closely linked with practical examples. Many thanks for the good and personally profitable time.

ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Training (online). At first, I thought the instructor was a bit over the top in terms of energy level. Over the course of the three training days, however, this turned out to be just right because it helped us get through some of the more tedious material. The training and the materials were well-structured and easy to understand. The materials prepare you well for the exam. The process of registering for the exam through Pearson VUE was also clearly explained to us, so that after completing the training, you can confidently proceed with registration and exam preparation. I would book a training course here again anytime.

I completed the preparatory course at Serview the week before last and was very satisfied overall. The instructors were very laid-back and created a pleasant learning atmosphere. The material was presented clearly, and there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I participated remotely, and everything worked flawlessly from a technical standpoint—both the video quality and the audio were consistently very good. At the same time, I can easily imagine that attending in person (e.g., if you’re near Frankfurt) would also be worthwhile. I particularly appreciated the varied structure of the classes, which included many group exercises. The provided materials were comprehensive and supportive of the learning process. Overall, this is a highly recommended course that prepares you well for the exam.

Combining the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles into a single course was a smart decision. Both perspectives complement each other—those who understand both roles work together much more effectively in practice. The training materials are well-structured, clear, and directly tailored to the exam requirements. The practice exams helped me recognize typical patterns of thinking in the exam: “What does the Scrum Guide say—not what do I do in practice?” This shift in mindset is the real learning outcome. I’d especially like to highlight Nancy as the facilitator: She explained complex concepts precisely and with real-world relevance, answered questions competently at all times, and created an atmosphere where participants felt comfortable asking for clarification. Her style is direct, engaging, and technically on point—exactly what you need in an exam preparation course. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a direct path to PSM I and PSPO I.

Very structured training! Good mix of content, breaks, and interaction. Content was repeated regularly so that it sticks in your memory. No question was left unanswered. Highly recommended!
