We really enjoyed the training. The day was entertaining and informative. The structure of the course gave me some real eye-opening insights that I hadn't expected beforehand.
Alex came into the room with an incredibly positive and motivating energy, especially for a Monday. He fit in very well with our relaxed group and was hardly perceived as an "outsider." He was quick to respond to questions in a solution-oriented manner and was able to explain everything very well. If I had known how good the day would be, I would have gotten out of bed more motivated this morning :D
We can wholeheartedly recommend the simulation, especially with Alex.

Good classroom training in a relaxed, rural atmosphere

The atmosphere was good and productive. Due to the small number of participants, everyone was able to contribute well.
The trainer communicated the topic/the rules of the game well, so that everyone could follow and the team could optimize itself step by step. Recommended face-to-face training.
