Feedback on the ITIL V4 Component Training (DSV & HVIT)

After my ITIL V4 CDS training with Radu, I was hoping that he would lead the training again this time - and my expectations were fully met. As usual, the topics were conveyed very well. His lively and relaxed manner managed to keep me consistently focused on the topic despite the large amount of learning material. The excursions into psychology were particularly helpful and relaxed. Questions were always addressed and answered in a targeted manner. I would book the exam in this setup again at any time. As in previous training courses, several participants requested a workbook in color - this is of course not Radu's responsibility.

Intensive and great training

I have already attended several compact training courses and was once again very satisfied with the overall package. The training including the documents and the catering were great. I have already had Radu as a trainer at a compact training course and he has the right mix to convey the training content professionally and with a healthy pinch of humor. I'm already looking forward to the next training course!

Very good ITIL course

The trainer was great. The slides of the presentation and the workbook are good. The principle of taking part/writing along helps to memorize the information well. In addition, the material from the previous day was repeated regularly. More time would be great, but I still feel good going into the ITIL exams. I would find it best if Serview could/was allowed to conduct ITIL exams on paper on site.

ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Training (online). At first, I thought the instructor was a bit over the top in terms of energy level. Over the course of the three training days, however, this turned out to be just right because it helped us get through some of the more tedious material. The training and the materials were well-structured and easy to understand. The materials prepare you well for the exam. The process of registering for the exam through Pearson VUE was also clearly explained to us, so that after completing the training, you can confidently proceed with registration and exam preparation. I would book a training course here again anytime.

I completed the preparatory course at Serview the week before last and was very satisfied overall. The instructors were very laid-back and created a pleasant learning atmosphere. The material was presented clearly, and there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I participated remotely, and everything worked flawlessly from a technical standpoint—both the video quality and the audio were consistently very good. At the same time, I can easily imagine that attending in person (e.g., if you’re near Frankfurt) would also be worthwhile. I particularly appreciated the varied structure of the classes, which included many group exercises. The provided materials were comprehensive and supportive of the learning process. Overall, this is a highly recommended course that prepares you well for the exam.

Combining the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles into a single course was a smart decision. Both perspectives complement each other—those who understand both roles work together much more effectively in practice. The training materials are well-structured, clear, and directly tailored to the exam requirements. The practice exams helped me recognize typical patterns of thinking in the exam: “What does the Scrum Guide say—not what do I do in practice?” This shift in mindset is the real learning outcome. I’d especially like to highlight Nancy as the facilitator: She explained complex concepts precisely and with real-world relevance, answered questions competently at all times, and created an atmosphere where participants felt comfortable asking for clarification. Her style is direct, engaging, and technically on point—exactly what you need in an exam preparation course. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a direct path to PSM I and PSPO I.

Very structured training! Good mix of content, breaks, and interaction. Content was repeated regularly so that it sticks in your memory. No question was left unanswered. Highly recommended!
