Contents of ITIL 4 DSV & HVIT training
The perfect choice for the aspiring ITIL 4 Managing Professional: Complete two of the required four topic modules with this intensive course! Gain in-depth knowledge of the ITIL 4 topics "Drive Stakeholder Value" (DSV) and "High Velocity IT" (HVIT) - in an interactive, fun and highly practical way! You will gain further knowledge about the interaction between a service provider and the various stakeholders such as customers, users, suppliers and partners. You will also learn all about the rapid provision of products and services in high-speed digital environments. To ensure that you are optimally prepared for your exams and can apply your knowledge precisely in practice, all training content is taught according to the SERVIEW Workbook Principle®. You will learn in constant exchange with an accredited trainer - entertaining, results-oriented and at exactly the right pace. As the ITIL 4 compact training course is officially accredited by the Official Accreditor of ITIL (PeopleCert), you have the guarantee that you will be taught all the essential content in the best possible way.
