Prerequisite for this course is the successfully completed ITIL 4 Foundation.
Exam details
| Duration | 90 minutes per exam. Two exams (DSV and HVIT) are written per course. |
| Questions | 40 multiple-choice questions with 4 possible answers each, of which only one is correct |
