Great event

The DITS as a hybrid event was great and fun. Especially the assignments loosen up the whole thing and ensure that you consolidate the learned by doing again. What was great was that Marcus always had practical examples of many topics, such as how it was done at company X or Y, for example. This would be nice to expand with the practical examples, or that one e.g. also something as an exercise builds in, the participants should call examples from the market, so or so proceeded or this or that strategy have chosen.
I would have a few suggestions for improvement:
- Audio: The trainer was generally well audible, but there were positions in the room where the camera could not capture his statements cleanly. This comes over remote very quietly, and ensures that you have to be very concentrated (which you already have to be because video calls always require more attention, and the topic itself (DITS) as well). A suggestion would be that the trainer has a microphone on the revert, this would ensure consistent audio quality and make it easier for the participant to stay tuned.
- Data exchange for assignments: Here a platform would be helpful, on which the participants can fill out their assignments and work on them at the same time. And on which the trainer can also directly view and process them. Data exchange via e-mail, screenshots, etc. is cumbersome.
- Marking PDFs: Unfortunately, not all PDFs can be edited in such a way that you can mark in the PDFs. The case studies, for example, could not be marked. It would be very helpful for an online training if you could edit and save all delivered documents without any reservations.
