A very good two-day training course, but with very extensive content

Radu kept the training session very engaging, actively involved the participants, and responded very well to their needs and questions. We had actually planned an in-person training session but then switched to an online format. My impression was that there was too much content for a two-day online training session. The pace at which we covered the topics was appropriate at first, but on the second day, it became clear that we were running out of time. Overall, the content was excellent and the trainer was very good, but for an online training session, it might be better to spread the content over three days. I’m not sure if we would have managed the time better with an in-person training session.

The training was really good. The practical exercises were particularly valuable and the clear examples and interactive design made it easier to understand. Christian conveyed complex content in a structured and clear way. His flexibility in responding to questions reinforced the learning success.

All around carefree and learned a lot

Serview GmbH as the organizer is a really suitable environment for this course. The location is easy to reach, catering is constantly provided. So you can devote yourself fully to the subject. The trainer was enthusiastic, very eager and open-minded. An appropriate sense of humor and regular attention to the participants always brought momentum to the "gray" set of slides. Whether on-site or remote - I think everyone was able to learn quite a bit (also from each other) over the three days. The content of the seminar was tightly timed, but made sense all around. Afterwards and in between, there were always randomly devised questions for us participants to establish a little deeper understanding, and thus also be prepared for the associated exam. Full success! The only comment: It would be great if the handout of the DevOps Leadership Seminar would be structured exactly like the workbook of the DevOps Fundamentals training in the future. That is a real eye-catcher!

ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Training (online). At first, I thought the instructor was a bit over the top in terms of energy level. Over the course of the three training days, however, this turned out to be just right because it helped us get through some of the more tedious material. The training and the materials were well-structured and easy to understand. The materials prepare you well for the exam. The process of registering for the exam through Pearson VUE was also clearly explained to us, so that after completing the training, you can confidently proceed with registration and exam preparation. I would book a training course here again anytime.

I completed the preparatory course at Serview the week before last and was very satisfied overall. The instructors were very laid-back and created a pleasant learning atmosphere. The material was presented clearly, and there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I participated remotely, and everything worked flawlessly from a technical standpoint—both the video quality and the audio were consistently very good. At the same time, I can easily imagine that attending in person (e.g., if you’re near Frankfurt) would also be worthwhile. I particularly appreciated the varied structure of the classes, which included many group exercises. The provided materials were comprehensive and supportive of the learning process. Overall, this is a highly recommended course that prepares you well for the exam.

Combining the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles into a single course was a smart decision. Both perspectives complement each other—those who understand both roles work together much more effectively in practice. The training materials are well-structured, clear, and directly tailored to the exam requirements. The practice exams helped me recognize typical patterns of thinking in the exam: “What does the Scrum Guide say—not what do I do in practice?” This shift in mindset is the real learning outcome. I’d especially like to highlight Nancy as the facilitator: She explained complex concepts precisely and with real-world relevance, answered questions competently at all times, and created an atmosphere where participants felt comfortable asking for clarification. Her style is direct, engaging, and technically on point—exactly what you need in an exam preparation course. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a direct path to PSM I and PSPO I.

Very structured training! Good mix of content, breaks, and interaction. Content was repeated regularly so that it sticks in your memory. No question was left unanswered. Highly recommended!
