Super Training

Thank you very much, Andrea, for the great training! It was very entertaining, fun, and I learned a lot. I was also pleasantly surprised by the hybrid format, which worked very well from my perspective and did not disrupt the training (which, in my opinion, is often the case). The frequent breaks, repetitions, and practical focus were very well suited, as were the questions posed to the participants. I have no complaints :)

COBIT Foundation

A framework is, of course, a rather dry topic—BUT Andrea is very refreshing in her presentation of the topics and was able to link theory with practice. Personally, I also think her voice/tone of voice and language are great. She presents very well.

Complex topic - great trainer

This is a very complex topic for me as I am a career changer in IT governance and am not yet familiar with the frameworks. Therefore, I understood what COBIT 2019 is and what you can do with it, but I couldn't apply it in practice. The trainer Andrea was great and tried to explain it simply. Maybe sometimes too simple because the leap from very simplified examples to practice is then difficult to understand. Nevertheless, I would attend a seminar with Andrea again at any time. Despite the online training, she was able to keep me involved at all times and the time passed very quickly. I would still like to receive a certificate of participation by e-mail.

I got a lot out of the training. Andrea did an excellent job of integrating me into the sessions, even though I was the only online participant (the rest of the participants were on site). There were enough breaks to stay focused throughout the training. The training is very practice-oriented. However, the training alone is not enough if you want to take the exam. You should plan a few days of study time beforehand.

Very interesting training in a pleasant environment with a great trainer

The dry topic conveyed in an entertaining way. Andrea explains the COBIT framework in an interesting and pleasant way. You can tell that she is passionate about the subject. The environment at the SERVIEW Education Center is a great place to learn, you're spoiled and there's plenty of fun too. The public transport links are good. Thank you very much, I would love to come back.

COBIT 2019 - theoretical and arbitrary?

Andrea showed us in a very inspiring way that COBIT 2019 is a well-founded tool that does not have to be theoretical or arbitrary at all. The concrete practical benefit for me only emerged with the presentation of the Excel tool, but then really.

COBIT training

The training led by the trainer Andrea Kremer on the topic of COBIT 2019 was conducted as a hybrid training. One participant sat in the room with her and I myself was online. The knowledge was conveyed very well. The trainer herself had extensive knowledge and was able to respond immediately to questions and give good examples for further explanation. At any time, I felt integrated and picked up as an online participant. The exercises were also very well applicable to hybrid meetings. All in all, it was a nice and entertaining training, which was a pleasure to listen to and participate in. Thank you!

I attended the COBIT 2019 Foundation course with Andrea and I am thrilled with the way Andrea teaches the topic. Since it was a hybrid event, I had my reservations about this at first. Present and accomplished trainer gives good training

After 2.5 years of Lockdown, this was the 1st presence training. I am very convinced of the trainer Andrea K., who managed to take me along in terms of content, to respond to me, to take into account my learning speed (of course also that of the group!). In addition, she impressed me with her deep knowledge of the subject matter, so that she was able to answer all my questions credibly. In my case, this is not easy and most trainers tend not to succeed. Andrea K., however, did. Technology, training room, entire location quite wonderful to provide a good professional learning atmosphere. The lunch will be a good thing again, when more people will be present at Serview. Real added value for me and my job.

Actually very rarely give the maximum score and often look for the hair in the soup ;-) But basically I can say about this training: - Topic of the training: very good - Implementation of the training (hybrid and integration of the participants): very good - Mediation / understanding (trainer): very good - location (Serview headquarter): very good - general organization: very good - approach to the exam: good - training materials: satisfactory For exam preparation, a 3-day training with more exercises would be better, as well as better highlighting of the topics relevant to the exam and weighting within the documents. I would have found it good if the two ISACA basic brochures (COBIT Introduction/Methology and 40 Objectives) had been printed out and included in the documentation. (This was then again the hair in the otherwise excellent soup ...)

A very informative training in a small group, where in addition to content and exam preparation, there is enough time for the participants to exchange ideas. Makes you want more! Andrea did a very good job and answered all questions very confidently. A few digital games in between would round out the format. :)

Some structure

The workbook in cobit 2019 nich is somewhat loveless and riddled with quite a few errors. Above all, the principle of "from rough to detail" and thus the structure is somewhat missing. The premises are top, thanks for the good learning environment in the boardinghouse. Unfortunately, the number of participants with the catering at lunch was a bad fit - but some participants were able to compensate for this with cookie plates....
