All of this is combined with humor and patience; the instructor also challenges participants by asking questions about their prior knowledge, thereby helping them identify areas where they need to improve.

After many face-to-face training courses at Serview, I was curious to see how the online live training would work and was surprised at how similar it was to the face-to-face training. Harald really conveyed the topics very well.

The training was less convincing because of the ITIL content than because of its well-founded presentation and the sensible and comprehensive addition of industry and framework insights to the topics.

Thank you to the entire SERVIEW team. The preparation was great! As always, the documents were almost perfect. Also the equipment with the technology, as our course was attended by both on-site and online participants. However, special thanks go to our trainer Radu. He guided us unerringly through 3 intensive days. It was never boring, especially because Radu had an example for every topic from his almost inexhaustible wealth of experience, which he was also able to explain clearly and comprehensibly. Practical knowledge transfer

All content was always explained using practical examples. It was not just about transferring content, but about understanding the content and thus consolidating the knowledge in a practical and lasting way. Nevertheless, I would deduct one star because the workbooks unfortunately lacked the color that would simplify some of the diagrams. This is a pity for an otherwise flawless and pleasant training course.

Artur Stock managed to present a complex topic in a motivating and clear way. The energy level of the course was constantly high and the trainer's explanations were always helpful. This makes even difficult courses incredibly fun!

ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level Training (online). At first, I thought the instructor was a bit over the top in terms of energy level. Over the course of the three training days, however, this turned out to be just right because it helped us get through some of the more tedious material. The training and the materials were well-structured and easy to understand. The materials prepare you well for the exam. The process of registering for the exam through Pearson VUE was also clearly explained to us, so that after completing the training, you can confidently proceed with registration and exam preparation. I would book a training course here again anytime.

I completed the preparatory course at Serview the week before last and was very satisfied overall. The instructors were very laid-back and created a pleasant learning atmosphere. The material was presented clearly, and there were plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I participated remotely, and everything worked flawlessly from a technical standpoint—both the video quality and the audio were consistently very good. At the same time, I can easily imagine that attending in person (e.g., if you’re near Frankfurt) would also be worthwhile. I particularly appreciated the varied structure of the classes, which included many group exercises. The provided materials were comprehensive and supportive of the learning process. Overall, this is a highly recommended course that prepares you well for the exam.

Combining the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles into a single course was a smart decision. Both perspectives complement each other—those who understand both roles work together much more effectively in practice. The training materials are well-structured, clear, and directly tailored to the exam requirements. The practice exams helped me recognize typical patterns of thinking in the exam: “What does the Scrum Guide say—not what do I do in practice?” This shift in mindset is the real learning outcome. I’d especially like to highlight Nancy as the facilitator: She explained complex concepts precisely and with real-world relevance, answered questions competently at all times, and created an atmosphere where participants felt comfortable asking for clarification. Her style is direct, engaging, and technically on point—exactly what you need in an exam preparation course. I highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a direct path to PSM I and PSPO I.
