As this training is accredited by the Official Accreditor of ITIL (PeopleCert), you are guaranteed to learn all the essential content of the DITS module. The training is one of two modules on your way to becoming an ITIL 4 Strategic Leader. Combine the training with the separate module "Direct, Plan & Improve" (DPI) to complete the official ITIL certification - and take your organization that decisive step further!

Prerequisite for this ITIL Practice Manager training is the successful completion of ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation.
