Very good training

The instructor was personable, knowledgeable, and very helpful in providing real-life examples, which made the learning experience engaging and informative. As a suggestion, it would have been helpful to include exercises in the course that could aid in preparation for the certification exam. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Super seminar in a pleasant atmosphere

The seminar was very varied. The two trainers were very committed and taught us the theoretical material in an exciting way with lots of practical examples and discussions. The time flew by. The organization of Serview is professional. The hybrid event ran smoothly. Very good documentation and a great modern location with many amenities such as ice cream, snacks, table football, bar, canteen, overnight accommodation, terrace,... All in all, highly recommended!

Good seminar

Very interesting seminar, the trainer conveyed the content well. The presence of a second trainer was great, the two of them sometimes passed the ball to each other. This meant that you benefited from the knowledge of both and it made the training a bit more relaxed. Training rooms and catering are great! Great technical equipment. However, I don't like the arrangement of the tables so much, as I don't like sitting at an angle for several days.

Good training / Bad translation

This is the third time I have used the online live training. Previously, the training was in German with English material. This time the material was also in German. This was sometimes poorly translated and led to irritations. However, the trainer always reacted well here and explained or improved the terminology or read it out in English. In the future, I would improve the translation or alternatively send the workbook in both languages.

Very good training with a small number of participants. Contents professionally and very understandably conveyed by the trainer, and gave a good overview of the key points. I can only recommend.
