ITIL Training with a Real-World Focus on Best Practices

Finally, a practical, compact course that explains five key ITIL 4 practices very well. The course was perfectly planned, and the materials were comprehensive and useful. The instructor, Björn Hinrichs, was personable and extremely knowledgeable, which made the training a lot of fun. Criticism: The only thing missing from the training was access to the Practice Guides themselves (likely due to licensing restrictions imposed by PeopleCert). However, using the voucher, we were able to view them online through PeopleCert afterward. The download there is also limited to two pages.

Good training, good coach

The training materials not only effectively “condensed” the information from the original books but also fully covered the syllabus. The training was never boring, and there was plenty of time for questions and discussions. I’ve rarely attended a training course that was as consistently interesting over three days as this one. The breaks were long enough, and time management was good. The trainer was well-versed in the material and was also able to provide valuable insights into areas outside of ITIL. In addition to learning the material needed for the exam, I also received ideas that I can apply to my daily work.
