ITIL training with real reference to the practices

Finally a practical compact course that explains 5 important ITIL 4 practices very well. The course was perfectly planned, the documents sustainable and useful. The trainer Björn Hinrichs was likeable and extremely competent, so that the training was a lot of fun. Criticism: Only the practice guides themselves were not shared during the training (probably for technical licensing reasons by PeopleCert). However, with the voucher it was possible to view them online at PeopleCert afterwards. The download is also limited to 2 pages.

Good training, good trainer

In the Serview documents, the information from the original books was well "condensed" on the one hand, but also completely covered according to the syllabus on the other. The training was never boring and there was plenty of room for questions and discussions. Rarely have I had a training course that was as continuously interesting over 3 days as this one. The break times were sufficient and the time management was good. The trainer was well versed in the subject matter and was also able to provide valuable references to areas outside of ITIL. Apart from the fact that I was taught the material for the exam, I also received suggestions for my daily work.
