The training and the trainer were great—thank you very much! I’m happy to give this 5 stars. I have two small suggestions for the future: - Please make the workbook available digitally as a PDF in the future; paper is no longer practical. - Due to ongoing technical issues with Webex throughout all training days, the collaborative learning experience was truly frustrating for all participants (both in-person and online).

Good, with some room for improvement

Content and instructors were excellent. There was no preparation provided for certified Scrum Masters with little experience. It would be helpful to survey participants in advance about their level of experience and send out the materials ahead of time so they can prepare for the content. The technical setup in the room for hybrid seminars absolutely needs to be improved! Audio, Wi-Fi stability, and a swivel camera. Make the workbook available either optionally or as standard in PDF and/or hard copy format.

A good overview of the entire process

The training did a great job of explaining all the methods, roles, and events. The practical examples helped illustrate everything even better. We were allowed to have internal discussions, which I thought was a good thing. There were enough exercises to put what we learned into practice. The trainer was able to answer all questions well. I would recommend this to anyone just starting out with Scrum.

The course was packed with information—so much so that it could have led to information overload—but Thomas created a relaxed atmosphere and moved at a pace that allowed us to absorb as much of the material as possible. As a trainer, he was really good at reading the room and pacing the class so that we met all the learning objectives on time while still allowing enough time for questions. Great job.

The training was very helpful; I feel well prepared for the exam and for everyday work. Alex is very knowledgeable and knows what he’s talking about, which I think is absolutely essential. Unfortunately, during the training, we were prepared for and focused on the wrong exam (People Cert vs. Scrum.org—the exams are similar but not identical), and it wasn’t clear to me that the exam is in English while the course is in German. I think the course description and internal communication between the trainer and the organizers need to be improved. I also find it a shame that the presentation materials developed during the live sessions can’t be shared. You do have the workbook, but if you didn’t write down a particular piece of information, you can’t access the “live” materials that were developed with the trainer. That’s not Alex’s fault, though—it seems to be a general policy. Alex did offer, however, that we could contact him at any time via email or WhatsApp—very nice of him, and not something to be taken for granted.

The review quizzes at the end of each lesson allow you to reflect on what you’ve learned. The narrator’s voice is also very pleasant to listen to. I’m very satisfied. It’s more than worth the price.

The course was great for refreshing my knowledge of PRINCE2. Combined with the workbook, it was the ideal way to prepare for the exam. The only thing is that the questions in the practice test could be a little harder or more closely aligned with the actual exam.

In my opinion, Serview’s online training provides a very good overview of the broad field of IT service management and helps participants understand the relevant topics and terminology in context. Since I deal with almost all of these topics in my daily work, I was generally able to make a good connection to real-world practice. Nevertheless, I would have found it helpful to have the theory further illustrated using a single, consistent example, even if that would have made the training even more extensive.
