Managing HUCAISM^® Training and Certification

The "Managing HUCAISM" training course provides you with a solid understanding of how to responsibly design and operate AI-powered services and digital products. The course focuses on how to permanently embed human judgment, clear accountability, and effective AI governance within organizations and in day-to-day service operations.

You will learn about the principles, the ten domains, the key roles, and the oversight models of HUCAISM. You will understand why proven service management approaches for AI-powered services must be supplemented with targeted governance. The training demonstrates how to assess risks, clearly define responsibilities, manage AI incidents and AI changes, and establish appropriate metrics, controls, and evidence. In addition, you will learn how HUCAISM can be aligned with established approaches and standards such as ITIL, ISO/IEC 42001, the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and COBIT, and how it can be integrated into existing management and governance structures.

Using a comprehensive case study, you will apply HUCAISM in a practical setting: You will select appropriate oversight models, develop management and control mechanisms, and derive specific actions for your own organization.

Managing HUCAISM thus creates a comprehensive knowledge and application base for designing, operating, and continuously developing AI-powered services in a human-centered, transparent, secure, and auditable manner. The training program concludes with the HUCAISM Professional certificate.

"Managing HUCAISM" is aimed at anyone who manages or is responsible for AI-powered services, or who shapes their implementation within an organization. This includes executives in IT and service management, service and product managers, and AI service owners. It is also intended for professionals in AI governance, risk management, compliance, information security, data protection, and auditing. Consultants, project managers, and architects who support AI initiatives and integrate them into existing structures will also benefit from this training. It is particularly valuable for professionals with experience in service management who wish to expand their knowledge specifically to include AI management.

No specific technical AI knowledge is required to participate in the Managing HUCAISM® training. Knowledge of service management is recommended. ITIL Foundation certification, “Starting HUCAISM” certification, or comparable knowledge is beneficial but not a mandatory requirement.
