The HUCAISM Professional training course provides you with a solid understanding of the responsible design and operation of AI-powered services and digital products. The HUCAISM Professional program is suitable for both beginners with no prior HUCAISM knowledge and experienced practitioners with a background in service management or ITIL. No specific technical AI knowledge is required to participate in the HUCAISM® Professional Training. A basic understanding of IT service management is recommended. ITIL Foundation certification or comparable knowledge is beneficial but not a mandatory requirement.
