Detailed and flexible

25.08.2022 |

Uwe made the training professional, detailed, with emphasis on the important points, flexible and responsive to the participants. It was not my first ServiewTraining and certainly not my last. Thank you very much.

ITIL 4 Managing Professional Compact (CDS & DPI)

06.09.2020 |

Five entertaining, extremely content-rich and therefore intensive days. Top trainer. English training materials must be retained. Suggestions for improvement - Make training materials (workbook and practices) available to participants 4 weeks in advance. - colored practices, especially in the SVS model important for readability - alternatively provide the colored pdf of the workbook and the practices 4 weeks in advance, so that the participant can decide to print them out in color in advance - also for guarantee dates at least 2 participants, because especially the discussion when working out the charts in the workbook and the example exam questions is an important part of the training - Review exam questions as preparation in the course - Workbook -- Reference in the Workbook to the sections of the original ITIL Book / Practitioner Guidance -- Workbook Glossary of Terms: alphabetical, possibly with page reference. -- Workbook: Make section "How to Use this Workbook" generic and following "About SERVIEW". -- Workbook: "Sample questions" can be removed from "How to use this Workbook", since it is not used any further. -- Workbook: "Provide Feedback" directly after "How to use this Workbook". -- Workbook: "Keep in Contact " to the back cover instead of a separate page at the end of the Workbook -- Workbook: Establish consistency in title and progress bar -- Workbook: Headings only once (do not repeat on even page). -- Workbook: possibly outline headings with another level of outline instead of headings with capital letters -- Workbook: make better use of the pages, especially at the top, so that page breaks and thus almost empty pages can be avoided - Practices: add a table of contents and possibly a progress bar

Recommendation for Nina Heinz

10.07.2020 |

Nina did the training very well. She conveyed her knowledge to me transparently, clearly and vividly. I feel very well prepared by her for the exam. Likewise, she had a very good time structure (punctual start and adherence to the course duration, breaks). She responded to all questions, in addition, she gave valuable tips. Nina is a very good trainer/course instructor whom I would and will recommend.
