Two courses for the ITIL 4 Managing Professional in one

This training covers two of the four required topic modules on the way to the coveted ITIL certification. The compact training course provides you with in-depth knowledge of the ITIL 4 topics "Create, Deliver & Support" (CDS) and "Direct, Plan & Improve" (DPI). In a short space of time, you will learn everything you need to know to pass the two official exams. An experienced SERVIEW trainer illustrates all the important content of the double module in a dynamic dialog with you. In this way, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the ITIL value streams and key planning and improvement concepts in a practical and interactive way.

As this training has been officially accredited by the Official Accreditor of ITIL (PeopleCert), you will be optimally prepared for the two exams, which you will take on a date of your choice. After successful completion, you will only need to complete the "Drive Stakeholder Value" (DSV) and "High Velocity IT" (HVIT) modules to achieve certified ITIL 4 Managing Professional status.

Requirements

Prerequisite for this ITIL Practice Manager training is the successful completion of ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation.

Exam details

Duration90 minutes per exam. Two exams (CDS and DPI) are written per course.
Questions40 multiple-choice questions with 4 possible answers each, of which only one is correct
More infoTo pass the respective exam, you must achieve 28 points (70%). The maximum score is 40 (100%). No aids are allowed.
