SERVIEW Live Online Training works just like classroom training - only virtually! All you need is a workstation with a stable Internet connection, a headset and a webcam to participate in live online training.
Together with a certified SERVIEW trainer, you will learn all the content of this ITIL 4 training in a dynamic dialog. You learn interactively and at exactly the right pace. Two courses for the ITIL 4 Managing Professional in one
This training covers two of the four required topic modules on the way to the coveted ITIL certification. The compact training course provides you with in-depth knowledge of the ITIL 4 topics "Create, Deliver & Support" (CDS) and "Direct, Plan & Improve" (DPI). In a short space of time, you will learn everything you need to know to pass the two official exams. An experienced SERVIEW trainer illustrates all the important content of the double module in a dynamic dialog with you. In this way, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the ITIL value streams and key planning and improvement concepts in a practical and interactive way.
As this training has been officially accredited by the Official Accreditor of ITIL (PeopleCert), you will be optimally prepared for the two exams, which you will take on a date of your choice. After successful completion, you will only need to complete the "Drive Stakeholder Value" (DSV) and "High Velocity IT" (HVIT) modules to achieve certified ITIL 4 Managing Professional status.
Requirements
Prerequisite for this ITIL Practice Manager training is the successful completion of ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation.

| More info | To pass the respective exam, you must achieve 28 points (70%). The maximum score is 40 (100%). No aids are allowed. |
