Absolutely top-notch

ITIL is usually extremely dry—or not exactly a thrilling read. But Radu turned it into an experience. The three days were very informative and, above all, never boring. That may also have been due to the cohesive group, both in-person and online. But Radu was the biggest factor in the course’s success. I’ve had many instructors throughout my career, but this is the first time I’ve made a point of remembering a name. SERVIEW’s organization was also perfect! I’m looking forward to the next course. See you soon.

Good training session; please update the documents

Kudos to Mr. Galke for his excellent delivery and presentation of the topics. He often included real-world examples. 5/5 stars One star deducted due to the handouts. There were discrepancies between the handouts and the presentation, as well as minor errors in the handouts. These were discussed with Mr. Galke and noted.

A motivated trainer who provided interesting insights from a variety of fields. I was always able to follow the material well, even late into the afternoon. Great training rooms with refreshments. Very attentive service staff.

A complex topic was presented well, in a relaxed manner, and—above all—in a way that was easy to understand. Plus, there were plenty of real-world examples. Thank you very much for the excellent preparation; it gives me confidence going into the upcoming exam.

Exciting, entertaining, engaging

That was a great training session! The material was presented in a refreshing and varied way. Time flew by way too quickly. I’d love to do it again anytime. The workbook concept is helpful and offers a nice change from just slides all the time.

A Ray of Light in the Darkness of ITIL

The training is well-structured and easy to follow. However, some of the materials are a bit disorganized. Definitions and key messages in boxes keep interrupting the text in the middle of sentences. That can be a bit confusing. The choice of geometric shapes to convey certain concepts isn’t always logical. Trainer Philip is great and explained everything in a relaxed yet very clear way. I feel well prepared for the exam.

A pleasant, friendly, funny, and competent trainer

It's all in the title!! And he speaks French, too. I highly recommend this trainer. He always provided concrete examples to illustrate the ITIL theory.

Another valuable training session

I completed another ITIL 4 module—the “ Virtual Classroom ” training—and can only say that it was once again very valuable. It made hardly any difference to me that I “only” participated virtually, because the training was perfectly tailored to that format. In terms of content, teaching style, and methodology, I felt well supported, and there was always an opportunity to ask questions, which were, of course, answered. Thank you very much, and definitely a clear “keep up the good work!”—the next training session is sure to come...

A lot of content without any signs of fatigue

Hello, The topic was presented very well. His lively and easygoing manner kept me consistently engaged with the subject. The digressions into psychology were helpful and lightened the mood. Questions were addressed and answered directly, even when I didn’t quite understand at first. I would book this exam again with this setup. (The IT performance issues with your Lenovo T14 related to CPU load can be resolved by pressing the small reset button on the back while the computer is running ;-) )

Nina hat die Inhalte klar und verständlich vermitteln können. Das technische setup hat sehr gut funktioniert. Eine Anmerkung zum Trainingsmaterial: Leider wurde ein noch nicht überarbeitetes Workbook versandt. In diesem sind noch einige Rechtschreibfehler (z. B. technical debt) und auch mind. ein inhaltlicher Fehler (Collaboration <-> Cooperation). Ich fühle mich aber auf jeden Fall gut vorbereitet für die Prüfung!
