Absolute top class

ITIL is usually extremely dry or not exactly an exciting read. But Radu turned it into an experience. The 3 days were very instructive and, above all, never boring. This may also have been due to the homogeneous group in presence and online. But Radu played the biggest part in the success. I have had many speakers in my career. This is the first time I've remembered the name. SERVIEW's organization was also perfect! I'm looking forward to the next course. See you soon.

Praise for Mr. Galke, excellent presence and presentation of the topics. Practical examples are often provided. 5/5 stars One star deducted for the documentation. There are differences between the presentation and the handouts, and there are also minor errors in the handouts. These were discussed with Mr. Galke and noted.

One of my best training courses

Motivated trainer with interesting input from several areas. I was always able to follow the content well, even late into the afternoon. Great training rooms with catering. Very attentive service staff.

It was a great training! The knowledge was conveyed in a refreshing and varied way. The time went by way too fast. Always happy to do it again. The workbook concept supports and is simply something else than always only slides.

Light in the ITiL darkness

The training is well structured and understandable. However, some of the documentation is a bit out of place. Definitions and key messages in boxes keep separating texts in the middle of a sentence. This then confuses a bit. The choice of geometric shapes in relation to what is to be expressed is not always conclusive . Trainer Philip is great and explained everything in a relaxed but very understandable way. I feel well prepared for the exam.

Pleasant, nice, funny and competent trainer

Everything is in the title!! And still he speaks French. I can only recommend this trainer. He always brought concrete examples to Itil theory.

Another valuable training

I have completed another ITIL 4 module as Virtual Classroom training and can only say that it was again very valuable. It hardly made a difference to me that I "only" took part virtually, because the implementation was perfectly coordinated. In terms of content, didactics and methodology, I felt well taken care of and there was always the opportunity to ask questions, which were of course answered. Many thanks and definitely a clear "keep it up!" - The next training course is sure to come...

Very much content without signs of fatigue

Hello, the topic was transported very well. His bright and easy-going manner managed to keep me consistently hooked on the topic. Excursions from the field of psychology were helpful and loosening. Questions were addressed and also answered in a targeted manner, even if one did not understand at times. I would book this exam again in this setup. (Its IT performance problems with your Lenovo T14 with CPU utilization can be solved by the small reset button on the back during operation ;-) )

Nina hat die Inhalte klar und verständlich vermitteln können. Das technische setup hat sehr gut funktioniert. Eine Anmerkung zum Trainingsmaterial: Leider wurde ein noch nicht überarbeitetes Workbook versandt. In diesem sind noch einige Rechtschreibfehler (z. B. technical debt) und auch mind. ein inhaltlicher Fehler (Collaboration <-> Cooperation). Ich fühle mich aber auf jeden Fall gut vorbereitet für die Prüfung!
