Review of the IREB Foundation training

Overall, the training was very interesting and technically sound. I would particularly like to highlight the trainer, who mastered the major challenge of a hybrid training course - i.e. with face-to-face and online participants - extremely well. He knew how to integrate both groups and convey the subject matter clearly using suitable examples. Personally, I would have liked a little less frontal teaching in order to bring more interactive elements and exchange into the training. However, this is not so much due to the trainer himself, but rather to the structure of the training and examination concept. Overall, it was a very good and instructive experience that I can recommend to others.

Interesting & good basic training for IREP

Overall, a very well prepared and interesting training course. The individual areas of requirements engineering were presented in an understandable and well-connected way. In addition, the trainer's many practical examples complemented the theoretical knowledge well and made the topics more tangible. The workbook was also a very helpful method for focusing on the relevant content and writing it down. Thanks to regular breaks and exercises, the online format of the training was also easy to do and not too tiring. My only two suggestions for improvement would be to integrate group exercises into the training in order to create more exchange between the participants. Secondly, where possible, give the participants the chance to develop content through their own insights instead of being told all the content by the trainer. This would make the content of the training more memorable and reduce the focus on writing everything down in the workbook as quickly as possible. But all in all, thank you for a great training course!

Good training

Overall a very good training to prepare for the IREB exam. Trainer explained everything very well and gave lots of examples. It was my first hybrid training course. I was pleasantly surprised that the concept worked so well. Nevertheless, in my opinion, as an online participant you tend to take a step back because the participants can simply interact faster and better with the trainer on site. Of course, this very much depends on what type of person you are, but in general I had the impression that we online participants were less active than the on-site participants.

The training itself was good. It could have been more interactive, for example by having an example case that you could then look at again and again during the individual lessons. I thought it was good that we took so many short breaks, which allowed me to concentrate much better.

I would like to share a few impressions as feedback: positive: good seminar preparation with Sharepoint access, documents and meeting link positive: good slides (well animated, good coloring, a film in between) -> Note: one or the other slide should be edited (Q in the wrong place in the table, ...) Positive: good pace of the trainer positive: clear pronunciation, good volume positive: good examples (sometimes a bit stereotypical :-) ) positive: clear references to exam relevance positive: request for "video on" Positive: spontaneous attention Potential for improvement: note break times/time for exercises in chat or on a separate slide All in all, it was a varied seminar - especially for an online training course

Dual student training

I had the pleasure of attending a three-day IREB training course and am extremely satisfied with the experience. The training was comprehensive, well structured and led by an extremely knowledgeable trainer. Content and structure: The training covered all the major topics of the IREB certification program, including the basic principles of requirements engineering, requirements analysis and modeling, and validation and management of requirements. Each day was well organized, with a good balance of theory and practical exercises that allowed for immediate application of what was learned. Competence of the trainer: The trainer impressed with his depth of knowledge and didactic skills. He was able to explain complex concepts clearly and comprehensibly and included numerous practical examples. His patience and willingness to respond to every question in detail deserves special mention. Questions and interaction: A big plus point of the training was the interactive design. Participants were encouraged to ask questions and actively participate in discussions. The trainer took the time to answer each question in detail and ensure that all participants fully understood the concepts. This contributed significantly to the learning experience and created an open, collaborative learning atmosphere. Conclusion: The three-day IREB training course was extremely instructive and met my expectations in every respect. The comprehensive treatment of the topics, the professional expertise of the trainer and the interactive design made this training a valuable experience.
