ITIL^® Version 5 Transition (Bridge) Training and Certification

In the ITIL Version 5 Transition training course, you will learn how ITIL Version 5 differs from previous versions in terms of structure and content, and how your existing ITIL knowledge can be consistently transferred to the new model. The focus is on understanding ITIL Version 5 as a holistic management approach and applying it confidently.

It does not replace a complete basic training course, but builds specifically on existing knowledge. Accordingly, the focus is not on repetition, but on classification, updating, and understanding the new features of ITIL Version 5.

The training only needs to be completed once. The certificate obtained is then valid for all relevant ITIL Version 5 designations for which a transition is required. It is not necessary to take the exam multiple times or repeat the course.

The transition combines strategic, tactical, and operational aspects of ITIL Version 5 and helps to apply the framework consistently and uniformly. Especially for organizations with multiple ITIL-certified roles, it ensures a common understanding and clear alignment with the new model.
