Methodology Live Online
Maximum learning progress in front of your home computer: The concentrated power of live online training lets you experience your ITIL training as if you were together in a seminar room! In a SERVIEW live online training course, you can continue your education at a location of your choice and still have all the options that a classroom-based training course also offers. This includes group work and live dialog with one of our certified trainers, but also the exchange with other participants, because you can ask questions and give feedback at any time.
To participate, all you need is a stable Internet connection at your workplace, as well as a webcam and a headset. You will receive all training materials from us in advance so that you can concentrate fully on your training.
Agenda
The ITIL 4 Sales Professional training starts at 9:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm. There are sufficient break times (coffee breaks, lunch break) during the training.
