Combining the Scrum Master and Product Owner roles into a single course was a smart decision. Both perspectives complement each other—those who understand both roles work together much more effectively in practice. The training materials are structured, clear, and directly tailored to the exam requirements. The practice exams helped me recognize typical patterns of thinking in the exam: “What does the Scrum Guide say—not what I do in practice?” This shift in mindset is the real learning outcome. I’d especially like to highlight Nancy as the facilitator: She explained complex concepts precisely and with real-world relevance, answered questions competently at all times, and created an atmosphere where participants felt comfortable asking for clarification. Her style is direct, engaging, and technically on point—exactly what you need in an exam preparation course. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a direct path to PSM I and PSPO I.

The online training course on Scrum Master and Product Owner was really good and informative. The course materials are exceptionally well-organized and visually appealing. And most importantly: Our trainer, Katharina, did a fantastic job of conveying the content! It was always interesting and engaging; there were plenty of practical examples, and there was always enough time for questions and discussion. What I also really liked was that it was consistently interactive—the simulation on the second day was very helpful and really helped me deepen my understanding of many aspects! For the simulation, it would have been nice to have a little more time for the Product Backlog. Overall, a 10/10 training course, and I’m happy to recommend it to others!

I recently took part in a two-day online training course to prepare for PSM I & PSPO I certification—it was concise, practical, and to the point. We were a small group of just three participants, which allowed plenty of time for individual questions and discussion. The training course was structured in a varied way: the workbook, presentation, group exercise, and discussion all complemented each other well. In terms of content, all key Scrum topics were covered—from roles to events to artifacts—always with a strong practical focus. Particularly memorable were the real-life examples, such as road cycling or developing a new pizza, which brought theoretical concepts to life. The trainer was absolutely compelling: highly knowledgeable, a clear communicator, and clearly enthusiastic about the subject. It was evident that she not only lives and breathes Scrum but also takes genuine joy in sharing her knowledge. One small area for improvement: An engaging exercise right after the lunch break on the first day would have made the transition into the afternoon a bit easier—this was also mentioned directly in the feedback by me and the other training participants. Conclusion: A training course that comes highly recommended—especially because of the fantastic trainer, who impressed us with her expertise, clarity, and enthusiasm.

Excellent online training

I’ve taken several online training courses, and this was by far one of the best I’ve ever had. The main reason was, above all, the way Katharina presented the material—because it can quickly become too theoretical and tedious, but by cleverly weaving in real-life stories and comparisons, she broke up the tedium nicely, and it was always easy to follow what was going on. The group was great, too, since there were just a few of us, which made it easier to feel like part of the group. All in all, a fantastic training session with a fantastic trainer and a great group.

A good investment!

Arne did a great job of explaining the dry material and enriched it with memorable examples. It was really fun. The group size was also ideal. The workbook is very good, and Arne’s tips on bloggers are even better. The 320 practice questions were also helpful for getting used to the “logic” of the original American test questions. Somehow, though, I felt that the PO part was a little neglected. But all in all, it was a very good experience that will have me returning to Serview. P.S.: I’m now a certified PO and Scrum Master, too.

As a beginner and newcomer to Agile and Scrum, I felt really comfortable with the trainer and the content, and they did a great job of meeting my needs at every step. The approach—which combines listening, active participation and asking questions, and a partially completed worksheet that you fill out on the spot—adds tremendous value. It was a bit of a bummer for me as a left-hander, though, because the workbook is quite thick, so I often had trouble writing. I’ll definitely attend another training session there.

Andreas Lehmann did a great job of presenting the material and created a positive working atmosphere. The break schedule was well planned! The hotel was excellent in terms of service, amenities, and location. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, the food was excellent, and the snacks were (too) plentiful. We had to send a lot of food back because there was simply too much. Much smaller portions would have been sufficient for snacks. I had expected a block of reservations reserved for the number of participants. If the hotel had been fully booked, it would have been difficult. I received the information about the exact training location too late.
