In addition to the basic principles of SRE and its interactions with frameworks such as ITIL and DevOps, in this course you will dive deep into understanding, setting and tracking Service Level Objectives (SLO) as well as Service Level Indicators (SLI). You'll learn about error budgets and automation techniques, and develop an understanding of the negative impact of unautomated "toil" tasks.

Learn SRE live online with the experts! To participate in the live online training, all you need is a workspace with a stable internet connection, a headset, and a webcam. In principle, you do not need any prior knowledge to participate in the SRE Foundation training. However, prior knowledge of Service Management or DevOps is an advantage.
