The SRE Foundation Training teaches you innovative processes and methods with which you can sustainably improve the reliability of your IT services. In addition to the basic principles of SRE and its interactions with frameworks such as ITIL and DevOps, in this course you will dive deep into understanding, setting and tracking Service Level Objectives (SLO) as well as Service Level Indicators (SLI). You'll learn about error budgets and automation techniques, and develop an understanding of the negative impact of unautomated "toil" tasks.

Requirements
In principle, you do not need any prior knowledge to participate in the SRE Foundation training. However, prior knowledge of Service Management or DevOps is an advantage.
