The Agile IREB Training: Requirements Management and Agility Are a Perfect Match! This two-day training course shows you how to use the Agile Primer to effectively integrate requirements engineering methods and techniques into agile development processes—and how techniques from the agile approach can improve RE practices.
In this IREB training course, you will learn about the significance of the growing influence of agile project management methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe® on the methodology and organizational structures of traditional requirements management. You’ll learn what to keep in mind when established requirements management becomes a continuous process with corresponding expectations for structured communication and appropriate feedback loops.
One of our certified trainers will guide you through the process using the unique SERVIEW Workbook Principle® An engaging and interactive journey through the course material. Through hands-on exercises, you’ll discover just how well the underlying values and principles of IREB Requirements Engineering complement agile approaches.
