What does it mean and above all: Why should your organization work agilely? Based on these questions, in the Agile Foundation you will explore a spectrum of agile frameworks and methods together with our certified trainers. From the first approach to the finished product.
This means: You will experience first-hand how to develop new ideas quickly and customer-oriented with Design Thinking. You will learn how to make processes leaner with Kanban. And how you can use Scrum to efficiently bring products to market that delight customers. In addition, you will learn how to effectively record requirements and continuously improve the processes in your organization. In other words: We give you everything you need to assess the techniques presented for your specific work environment. This allows you to subsequently target and deepen exactly those areas that offer the greatest added value for your organization.
And best of all: You will learn all this in the Agile Foundation Training not through dry lectures, but through concrete examples and exercises. Agility is not about talking and documenting, but about doing! Methodology Virtual Classroom
You have a workstation with internet connection, a webcam and a headset? Perfect - because that's all you need for this innovative Scrum training! With this equipment, you are prepared for a live online training on your home computer, where you have all the possibilities that a face-to-face training also offers. All other tools such as the SERVIEW Workbook, various training materials and helpful literature will be sent to you by mail before the training.
You will work through all the contents of the Scrum training with one of our certified SERVIEW trainers. You can ask questions at any time, exchange ideas with other participants and discuss the content just as if you were there. Of course, the unique SERVIEW Workbook Principle® is applied. This is how learning success is achieved through fun, individual support and a high level of practical relevance - it doesn't get any better than this!

Agenda
The two-day training starts at 9:00 am and ends at 5:30 pm. There are sufficient break times (coffee breaks, lunch break) during the training.
What you learn in the Agile Foundation
How does agile work actually work and what advantages does it bring? In addition to a basic understanding of what constitutes agility, you will learn the strengths and weaknesses of the most important agile frameworks - from Scrum to Kanban to Design Thinking. Afterwards, you will be well equipped to get started with a lot of new knowledge in your luggage!
Target group of the Agile Foundation training
The two-day beginner's training is aimed at all those who have had little contact with agility so far, but would like to get to grips with the topic. What does agile work actually mean? When and how can agile methods be applied? The Foundation provides important basic knowledge and is therefore ideal for anyone who would like to understand the basics - from employees to managers. In addition, the workshop provides an overview of the most common agile methods, making it a useful guide for those seeking orientation. No prior knowledge is required to participate in the training.

You do not need any previous experience to attend the training.
