Methodology Virtual Classroom
You have a workstation with internet connection, a webcam and a headset? Perfect - because that's all you need for this innovative Scrum training! With this equipment, you are prepared for a live online training on your home computer, where you have all the possibilities that a face-to-face training also offers. All other tools such as the SERVIEW Workbook, various training materials and helpful literature will be sent to you by mail before the training.
You will work through all the contents of the Scrum training with one of our certified SERVIEW trainers. You can ask questions at any time, exchange ideas with other participants and discuss the content just as if you were there. Of course, the unique SERVIEW Workbook Principle® is applied. This is how learning success is achieved through fun, individual support and a high level of practical relevance - it doesn't get any better than this!

What you learn in the Agile Leader training course

Target group of the Agile Leader training
The three-day Agile Leader Training is aimed at managers and role holders with leadership responsibility who want to better understand agility and reflect on and improve their own approach to leadership in an agile context. You will learn when and where agile leadership can be used purposefully and discover the agile leadership philosophy for yourself. In the process, you will sharpen your understanding of your role and develop a confident approach to agile leadership tools. You will learn interactively and practically with our qualified trainers and the other participants, so that you can put your newly acquired skills directly into practice.

To participate in the training, you will need one of the following certifications:

Exam details
