The staff—they know what they’re doing. Modern rooms Great food, treats, ice cream—everything you could want. Arne knows how to make a dry subject come alive in a lively and colorful way. Using practical examples that everyone can understand. Okay, the equipment mentioned in the examples is, for some people—like me—complete nonsense :) If needed or desired, I’d attend a training session there again anytime.

I found Kim's training at the beginning of this week to be very good in every respect. Kim was very personable, attentive, competent, answered all questions, presented the content in an interesting way, and managed the time very well. I felt well prepared for the exam. My only wish would have been for a wider range of practice exam questions from PeopleCert. Thank you very much for the training!

I was there!

Actually, I had already prepared myself for a dry training session. Endless slides, monotonous voices, coffee as the only salvation. But then came the surprise: instead of boredom, there were practical examples taken directly from real life, plus plenty of humor and energy. We tried things out, discussed them, and before I knew it, the time was up. At the end, I not only had new knowledge, but also a certificate in my pocket. Conclusion: Everything was done right. Dear Sebastian, I look forward to the next training session with you. Someone who was there.

A wealth of information—explained in an understandable way

The two-day training course was extremely interesting, exciting, and informative. At no point did I feel bored or need to distract myself with something else. Exciting presentation combined with the opportunity to think for yourself. Very enjoyable and, I hope, successful. A note about the materials. It would be nice if care could be taken to ensure that the presentation slides and the documentation, i.e., the workbook, are written identically in terms of upper and lower case. Verbs are generally written in lower case. I found the switching between German and English terms tiring. It would be nice to have consistency here, either all German or all English. I would love to attend another great seminar with an extra star, if there were one.

Despite the virtual classroom, I always found the training exciting. We were picked up again and again, so it was much more pleasant to stay attentive. The pace could have been slightly slower. The breaks were ideal (I sometimes briefly read up on topics).

As the content itself is very theoretical, it is generally difficult to maintain a constant attention span. The trainer did a very good job here by creating a good rhythm with very regular and sufficient breaks and was able to convey the content very well with examples and explanations. The concept of exercise questions by chapter was also well done, so that you stay focused and motivated. I can definitely recommend the course and the trainer!
