This Managing Professional training course is accredited by the Official Accreditor of ITIL 4 (PeopleCert). This guarantees that you will be taught all the key content of the "Drive Stakeholder Value" module. You will take the final online exam on a date of your choice. This is another milestone in your ITIL career, as certification from the DSV topic module is one of four prerequisites for qualifying as an ITIL 4 Managing Professional.

Prerequisite for this ITIL Practice Manager training is the successful completion of ITIL v3 or 4 Foundation.
