This MSP training combines two gripping modules: The MSP Foundation and the MSP Practitioner. In the MSP Foundation, you will first learn the basics of the powerful and versatile change framework. You will benefit from the exciting possibilities of the SERVIEW Workbook principle.®which conveys the training content in a comprehensible, entertaining and interactive way.
In the second section, the MSP Practitioner, you will immediately move into practical application: Together with one of our certified trainers as well as the other participants, you will work on real-life scenarios. In the process, you will learn and experience the roles and functions of MSP, gain an overview of the big picture, and deepen the knowledge you gained in the Foundation. This is the best way to prepare for the official MSP certification exams.
