PRINCE2 Program Management
Use the full potential of MSP 5th Edition, an important part of the PRINCE2 training family, for your change processes! In this three-day training course, you will deepen your theoretical knowledge of Managing Successful Programs and become an expert in the practical application of the framework.
Building on the basics gathered in the MSP Foundation, you will deepen your knowledge in the MSP Practitioner training and learn everything important about the practical application of MSP. You will learn more about the scenario-based adaptation of the method to different environments and develop a clearer picture of the interface between program and project. You will also learn how to create documentation such as vision statements, program communication plans or benefit maps in an entertaining way.
One of our certified trainers teaches all content in an energetic and interactive way using the SERVIEW Workbook principle.®You will work in teams on a real scenario and thus experience the principles, roles and functions of MSP in practice. In this way, you will ideally prepare for the MSP Practitioner exam that will take place afterwards.
