She did a very good job over the two days, especially with good examples and conveyed the content as well as possible, even though it is very complex.
I would be happy to work with the trainer again.
The training was very informative and well structured. There was plenty of opportunity for questions and practical exercises.

Overall, the training was very interesting and technically sound. I would particularly like to highlight the trainer, who mastered the major challenge of a hybrid training course - i.e. with face-to-face and online participants - extremely well. He knew how to integrate both groups and convey the subject matter clearly using suitable examples.
Personally, I would have liked a little less frontal teaching in order to bring more interactive elements and exchange into the training. However, this is not so much due to the trainer himself, but rather to the structure of the training and examination concept. Overall, it was a very good and instructive experience that I can recommend to others.

ITIL is usually extremely dry or not exactly an exciting read. But Radu turned it into an experience. The 3 days were very instructive and, above all, never boring. This may also have been due to the homogeneous group in presence and online. But Radu played the biggest part in the success. I have had many speakers in my career. This is the first time I've remembered the name.
SERVIEW's organization was also perfect! I'm looking forward to the next course. See you soon.

The online training for Scrum Master and Product Owner was really good and instructive. The teaching materials were very well prepared and visually appealing. And most importantly, our trainer, Katharina, did a great job of conveying the content! It was always interesting, very entertaining, there were lots of practical examples and always enough time for questions and discussions. What I also liked very much was that it was always interactive - the simulation on the second day was very useful and also deepened many aspects for me!
For the simulation, it would have been good to have a little more time for the product backlog.
Overall a 10/10 training and I am happy to recommend it!
The course was fun and Nancy got everything across very well. I would like to do more courses with her.

Despite the virtual classroom, I always found the training exciting. We were picked up again and again, so it was much more pleasant to stay attentive. The pace could have been slightly slower. The breaks were ideal (I sometimes briefly read up on topics).
As the content itself is very theoretical, it is generally difficult to maintain a constant attention span. The trainer did a very good job here by creating a good rhythm with very regular and sufficient breaks and was able to convey the content very well with examples and explanations. The concept of exercise questions by chapter was also well done, so that you stay focused and motivated.
I can definitely recommend the course and the trainer!

Overall, a very well prepared and interesting training course. The individual areas of requirements engineering were presented in an understandable and well-connected way. In addition, the trainer's many practical examples complemented the theoretical knowledge well and made the topics more tangible. The workbook was also a very helpful method for focusing on the relevant content and writing it down. Thanks to regular breaks and exercises, the online format of the training was also easy to do and not too tiring. My only two suggestions for improvement would be to integrate group exercises into the training in order to create more exchange between the participants. Secondly, where possible, give the participants the chance to develop content through their own insights instead of being told all the content by the trainer. This would make the content of the training more memorable and reduce the focus on writing everything down in the workbook as quickly as possible.
But all in all, thank you for a great training course!

Booking: no problems, website is well structured, contact with sales is pleasant (not too much, not too little)
Arrival: went smoothly, even late on a Sunday evening. Key handover with security service was unproblematic and secure (ID check)
Accommodation: room is quite simple but completely adequate and clean (an additional socket at the desk for laptop use would be practical)
Catering: very good range of snacks and drinks. Main meals very good for the setting, tasty and filling
Seminar:
The study group was great and had a great dynamic. This was also due to Radu's manner. Feedback was always welcome and questions were answered. That makes learning fun!
The only real point of criticism is the documentation:
The digital slides are colorful, sometimes too colorful for me personally, especially since the meaning of the colors is not always obvious. The printed materials are in grayscale. This often slows you down and confuses you. In addition, the illustrations sometimes appear overloaded and there are differences between digital and analog. This is probably due to the different format, but is less helpful in terms of readability.
If improvements could be made here, it would be a dream come true.
The texts are easy to read and the wording and formatting are good.

As usual, the topics were conveyed very well. His lively and relaxed manner managed to keep me consistently focused on the topic despite the large amount of learning material. The excursions into psychology were particularly helpful and relaxed. Questions were always addressed and answered in a targeted manner. I would book the exam in this setup again at any time.
As in previous training courses, several participants requested a workbook in color - this is of course not Radu's responsibility.

The approach that you had to fill in the illustrations yourself was well chosen. That way you have to pay attention. Topics were explained easily and understandably.
The pace was perfect.
There were three of us - which I thought was good, as it allowed for a close exchange and a good atmosphere.
Nina was able to answer all questions well.

This is a very complex topic for me as I am a career changer in IT governance and am not yet familiar with the frameworks. Therefore, I understood what COBIT 2019 is and what you can do with it, but I couldn't apply it in practice. The trainer Andrea was great and tried to explain it simply. Maybe sometimes too simple because the leap from very simplified examples to practice is then difficult to understand. Nevertheless, I would attend a seminar with Andrea again at any time. Despite the online training, she was able to keep me involved at all times and the time passed very quickly.
I would still like to receive a certificate of participation by e-mail.

Even though the practical exercise is included in the Prince2 Agile Practioner advanced seminar, I would have liked to have seen practical examples that clearly explain the theory.
The workbook would be clearer if it were printed in color, and different colored pens would also be helpful for taking notes. Colored pencils would also be helpful for the notes, so that at the end all the documents are as clear as they were presented on the seminar leader's slides. Alternatively, the slides could be made available in PDF format at the end of the training.

A lot of content and theory, but very well explained and conveyed.
With the Practitioner directly afterwards you have even more examples and a scenario to better visualize the theory.
Good information material and exercises.

Katharina is absolutely competent and has a 100% command of the subject.

I have already attended several compact training courses and was once again very satisfied with the overall package. The training including the documents and the catering were great. I have already had Radu as a trainer at a compact training course and he has the right mix to convey the training content professionally and with a healthy pinch of humor. I'm already looking forward to the next training course!

Lack of opportunity to take the certification exam following the training

The training, both the facilities and the trainer, were excellent. However, the lack of opportunity to take the exam directly afterwards and the (still) lack of targeted preparation for the exam led me to deduct 1 star. The additional organizational effort required to take the exam should be better communicated in advance.

Andrea made the training very interesting and entertaining and always enriched it with illustrative examples from her personal experience. I feel well prepared for the upcoming exam.
The training took place in a very pleasant environment. A particular highlight was the always well-stocked ice cream chest, which "sweetened" our learning in temperatures of over 30°C.

The ISTQB training was really great! The content was conveyed in a very understandable and practical way. I particularly liked the fact that both theoretical basics and many practical examples were covered. The trainer was very competent, answered all questions patiently and created a pleasant learning atmosphere. I now feel well prepared for the certification exam and have gained a lot of new ideas for my day-to-day work in software testing. All in all, an absolutely recommendable training course!

I know these training courses from my previous employer. What's particularly good is that you can organize yourself and repeat them at any time. Unfortunately, this does not apply to the knowledge check, which could perhaps also be included. This training together with the "Scrum - everything you need to know book" gives you everything you need to prepare for the exams and also to read up on your job from time to time and feel confirmed or close gaps in your knowledge. The price/performance ratio is also right.
