We really enjoyed the training. The day was entertaining and informative. The structure of the course gave me some real eye-opening insights that I hadn't expected beforehand.
Alex came into the room with an incredibly positive and motivating energy, especially for a Monday. He fit in very well with our relaxed group and was hardly perceived as an "outsider." He was quick to respond to questions in a solution-oriented manner and was able to explain everything very well. If I had known how good the day would be, I would have gotten out of bed more motivated this morning :D
We can wholeheartedly recommend the simulation, especially with Alex.

Thank you very much for the usual professional training and the perfect learning environment. The methodology and technology work flawlessly, and the trainer was friendly and competent. A big advantage is the opportunity to stay overnight in-house. As always, the service there was perfect.
There is one small criticism. The scope of the training is too large for the time allocated. Unfortunately, this leaves no time for the important exchange of experiences among the participants, nor for in-depth questions and explanations. Four days would be a better choice.

The training with Arne gave me many helpful insights into Scrum. The examples chosen were very clear and easy to understand. Arne also took the time to respond to individual questions and was a very attentive and empathetic trainer overall. I can recommend the training and not only feel well prepared for the exam, but also feel that I have gained a lot for my future work in the Scrum team.
I really enjoyed the three days of classroom training. Erik prepared and presented the content very well. I particularly liked the practical examples he used and the opportunity to discuss points together.
The materials complemented the course very well and are now helping me a lot with my exam preparation.
I also felt very comfortable in the ExperTeach classrooms!
All in all, it was a very positive experience that I would gladly recommend to other colleagues!

Actually, I had already prepared myself for a dry training session. Endless slides, monotonous voices, coffee as the only salvation. But then came the surprise: instead of boredom, there were practical examples taken directly from real life, plus plenty of humor and energy.
We tried things out, discussed them, and before I knew it, the time was up. At the end, I not only had new knowledge, but also a certificate in my pocket.
Conclusion: Everything was done right.

The conditions for in-person training at Serview in Bad Homburg were excellent. Accommodation, meals, and leisure activities (e.g., bar, entertainment options) were great. The seminar rooms, including the technology, were very appealing and functional. All Serview employees were courteous and helpful.

At no point did I feel bored or need to distract myself with something else.
Exciting presentation combined with the opportunity to think for yourself.
Very enjoyable and, I hope, successful.
A note about the materials. It would be nice if care could be taken to ensure that the presentation slides and the documentation, i.e., the workbook, are written identically in terms of upper and lower case.
Verbs are generally written in lower case. I found the switching between German and English terms tiring. It would be nice to have consistency here, either all German or all English.
I would love to attend another great seminar with an extra star, if there were one.

Die klare Gliederung macht den Lernstoff gut nachvollziehbar, und jeder Teil baut sinnvoll auf dem vorherigen auf. Besonders überzeugend sind die praxisnahen Beispiele, die komplexe Prinzipien greifbar machen und den Transfer in echte Projekte erleichtern.
Die Kursinhalte sind prägnant und fokussiert auf das Wesentliche, ohne dabei wichtige Details zu vernachlässigen.
Kritik kann man nur minimal im Bereich der zeitlichen Planung für die praktischen Fallbeispiele im Practitioner äußern, da jede Übung mehr Zeit benötigte, als geplant.
Zusammengefasst war es ein sehr effektiver Kompaktkurs, der Struktur, Praxisnähe und ein klares mentales Modell bietet. Ideal, um sicher und fundiert rund um Prince2 zu arbeiten und dabei das Gelernte nachhaltig zu verankern.

Thank you, Arne, for two fantastic days in Düsseldorf. The Scrum content was presented in an easy-to-understand and humorous way with good examples. It was fun listening to Arne! I can highly recommend this course as preparation for certification; I passed both exams on the first try with the content I learned.
As a tip for other interested parties: The course is definitely aimed at people who are looking for an understanding of vanilla Scrum and want to successfully obtain certification, rather than learning or discussing a broad picture of best practices from the industry. I thoroughly enjoyed the DSV training course. It was extremely entertaining, informative, and effective. Trainer Radu was always willing to listen to my questions and was able to answer them helpfully every time. I am certain that his energy, charisma, and expertise make him an absolute asset to Serview. He certainly was for me. Thank you very much, Radu!
The accommodation and catering were exemplary. It was also nice to meet other members of the Serview team. Everyone placed great emphasis on customer service and was extremely courteous and friendly. My special thanks go to Annabel Jäckel and the entire on-site service team.
I would recommend training the OOH hotline staff on the overnight service.

Highly competent trainer, well-presented content (reinforced with humorous practical examples and metaphors),
Over the two days, we were taught everything important at a good pace. The trainer gave lots of examples and explained the connections between different topics.
The documents should also all be in color, as the PDF often froze on my computer.

I took part in the Scrum Master I preparation course with Ms. Schwenk as my trainer.
She did a very good job over the two days, especially with good examples and conveyed the content as well as possible, even though it is very complex.
I would be happy to work with the trainer again.
The training was very informative and well structured. There was plenty of opportunity for questions and practical exercises.

Overall, the training was very interesting and technically sound. I would particularly like to highlight the trainer, who mastered the major challenge of a hybrid training course - i.e. with face-to-face and online participants - extremely well. He knew how to integrate both groups and convey the subject matter clearly using suitable examples.
Personally, I would have liked a little less frontal teaching in order to bring more interactive elements and exchange into the training. However, this is not so much due to the trainer himself, but rather to the structure of the training and examination concept. Overall, it was a very good and instructive experience that I can recommend to others.

ITIL is usually extremely dry or not exactly an exciting read. But Radu turned it into an experience. The 3 days were very instructive and, above all, never boring. This may also have been due to the homogeneous group in presence and online. But Radu played the biggest part in the success. I have had many speakers in my career. This is the first time I've remembered the name.
SERVIEW's organization was also perfect! I'm looking forward to the next course. See you soon.

The trainer Björn conducted the Apollo 13 simulation with great commitment and a lot of humor. He took his role very seriously and made the simulation lively and authentic. The exercise was not only fun, but also provided valuable insights into how effective service management and rapid incident handling work in practice. A lot of material that would be better taught in 3 days, therefore 1 star deduction.
